The Tenderloin is traditionally the most buttery smooth, most tender cut of beef available. Wagyu Tenderloin can almost be cut with a butter knife. Because of the superior fat marbling of Wagyu cattle, you’ll find that Wagyu Tenderloin has a more beefy flavour than regular Tenderloin.
