Selected parcels of chardonnay and pinot noir were carefully chosen on the high slopes of Franschhoek. Base wines were artfully blended to keep finesse and elegance, prior bottling in 2012. Wines were kept for 28 months untouched on their “lees” before disgorgement. On the nose a delicate bouquet of citrus and summer fruit makes the first appearance, followed by a dry and well balanced palate.

Ideal partner to accompany white meat, seafood, and chocolate.
