Spicy Rump Skewers

Time to spice up your life, with these quick and easy rump sosaties. Chilli, mustard and oregano give great depth of flavour.

Serves: 2
Directions:
  1. First off in a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for the marinade and mix well.

  2. Marinade the sosaties in a plastic bowl with a lid, overnight or for at least 1 hour.

  3. Braai or grill for a few minutes on each side. Serves two.
