Grilled Pork Chops with German Baked Potatoes
Tender, grilled pork chops; served with the most deliciously, deluxe potatoes ever! You have got to give these a try.

Directions for chops:
- Marinate pork chops in barbecue spice, oil, thyme and garlic.
- Grill to perfection.
Directions for potatoes:
- Fry onions and bacon until cooked.
- Incorporate wholegrain mustard and spring onion .
- Slice potato into thin horizontal layers.
- Layer potato in baking dish with filling in between layers of potato.
- Bake until light brown at 140C.
Serve with braised red cabbage and apple sauce.
