Directions for chops:
  1. Marinate pork chops in barbecue spice, oil, thyme and garlic.

  2. Grill to perfection.

Directions for potatoes:

  1. Fry onions and bacon until cooked.

  2. Incorporate wholegrain mustard and spring onion .

  3. Slice potato into thin horizontal layers.

  4. Layer potato in baking dish with filling in between layers of potato.

  5. Bake until light brown at 140C.

Serve with braised red cabbage and apple sauce.
