Cheesy Biltong Breyani

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 300g Chilli biltong
  • 2 green & red peppers, chopped
  • 2 onions finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 200g cheese, grated
  • Aromat
  • Salt & pepper
  • Chilli spice to taste

Fry the onion and the peppers until soft. Add the Chilli biltong, the garlic, the chilli spice and the tomatoes. Season with aromat, salt and pepper and let simmer for 5 min. Add the cheese and pour the mixture over the rice and mix well.
