Biltong and Pasta Casserole

  • 500g shell Pasta
  • 250g Mushrooms, sliced
  • 500ml Cheese, grated
  • 250ml Fresh Cream
  • 1 can Tomato and Onion Mix
  • 250g Original Biltong, medium-wet, sliced thinly
Cook the noodles until al dente. Put the noodles, mushrooms, cheese, cream, tomato and mix and the biltong in an oven-proof casserole dish. Mix thoroughly – make sure the cream is evenly spread throughout the mixture. Bake in oven for 20-30min at 180C.
