- Butterfly the chicken breasts with a sharp knife.
- Fill the chicken breasts with cheese and biltong. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold the filled chicken breasts to cover their stuffing.
- Roll the folded chicken breast first in the flour, then in the beaten eggs and lastly in breadcrumbs.
- Deep fry the crumbed chicken breasts at 180 degrees celsius for 5 to 8 minutes, until cooked through and golden brown.
