Our outlets target biltong lovers who are unable to find quality biltong with that almost forgotten exquisite taste.

We believe that the combination between our unique recipes and the traditional drying method plays a prominent role in our current success and therefore manufacture all our products self. The manner in which our products are processed is of vital importance. This dictates the way in which the meat is being prepared and dried. Excess moisture is removed by using our traditional process. Traditional biltong is dried using the natural slow drying process, without using 'dry-ovens' or other processes to haste the drying cycle. One can quickly taste the difference between natural dried biltong and 'technology' dried biltong.
